Local expert on development of Local Environmental Action Plan (LEAP) - focus on participatory approach

The Mission will support one workshop for local administrators leading the process of development and implementation of LEAPs. The workshop will aim at enhancing the knowledge of the participants of the LEAPs and will focus on mechanisms that encourage participatory approach of local community.
