Seconded staff members in the OSCE Secretariat and Institutions are not entitled to a Board and Lodging Allowance payable by the Organization.

Project Assistant

Background:

This is a fixed-term post financed from the Unified Budget for the Human Security Programme.

 

Tasks:

Under the direct supervision of the National Project Officer the Project Assistant provides the following services:

• Assists in the programmatic management of implementing partners, suppliers, special service agreements;

• Assists in the preparation of terms of references, selection of services and goods providers, and in the verification of financial reports;

Under the direct supervision of the Deputy Head of Programme Office (D/HoPO) the incumbent acts as the OSCE Programme Office in Bishkek (POiB) advisor on all operational aspects of press and public information, advises the Head of Programme Office in Bishkek (HoPO) and D/HoPO on all aspects of public relations and media support, and other relevant political concerns necessary to carry out the POiB’s mandate, keeps the HoPO and D/HoP
