Background
The Department for Security and Public Safety (DSPS) of the OSCE Mission in Kosovo (Mission) continues to proactively participate and support the development of the security and public safety sector in Kosovo. In this regard, to ensure the sustainability of progress made by Kosovo Police, the Police Development and Monitoring Section (PDMS) will continue to provide support to KP to achieve their envisioned objectives set out in the Kosovo Police Training Strategy and Action Plan 2019-2022.

In this regard, to ensure the sustainability of progress made by Police Inspectorate of Kosovo (PIK), the Mission’s Police Development and Monitoring Section (PDMS) will continue to provide support to PIK to achieve their envisioned objectives set out in the Police Inspectorate Strategy 2019-2021.
NOTE: Please note that this a part-time position.
The incumbent is a manual worker with responsibility for assisting in supply/stores to Mission Head Office and the field and in the operation of the Mission Store. In addition to the supply/stores responsibilities, the incumbent is also responsible for building management support and maintenance in Head Office and, where required, Mission Field Offices. These duties and responsibilities are performed under the immediate supervision of the Mission Storekeeper and the overall supervision of the Senior Material Management Assistant.

This particular expertise is needed on a recurring basis, normally several times a year.
