Background
The Department for Security and Public Safety (DSPS) of the OSCE Mission in Kosovo (Mission) continues to proactively participate and support the development of the security and public safety sector in Kosovo. In this regard, to ensure the sustainability of progress made by Kosovo Police, the Police Development and Monitoring Section (PDMS) will continue to provide support to KP to achieve their envisioned objectives set out in the Kosovo Police Training Strategy and Action Plan 2019-2022.
In its efforts to improve the KP capacities in performing its functions, and as per the training needs assessment of KP, the Mission will support the agency in building the capacities in the operational, investigative and human resources development areas. Moreover, to ensure sustainable capacity building and professional development, DSPS will continue to support the KP at strategic level by offering strategic advice and consultancy on long term and sustainable development.
In line with the needs of KP and in line with the objective of the project “a sustainable, accountable and equitable security sector is able to fight crime, ensure public security and protect human rights”, Police Development and Monitoring Section (PDMS) will deliver five (5) days online training on management of organizational change and leadership. The training will target 15 senior police officers of Kosovo Police and will be delivered from 14 to 18 June 2021.
This five (5) days online training will specifically entail topics such as:
Objective
The objective of the training is to provide the senior KP officers with knowledge and skills for future organizational changes, how to facilitate this process with subordinates, and factors that impact on this change.
The duration of consultancy is 8 working days

Remuneration will depend on the qualifications and experience of individual experts as well as the detailed work plan to be agreed upon and will be based on the current OSCE consultancy rates.
