Local consultant to assist development of a guidebook on combating drug trafficking and legislation of criminal proceeds derived from drug trafficking

Background    
     
    To support the Service for Countering Illicit Narco-Trafficking of the MoI (the SCINT MoI) and their efforts in combating illicit drug trafficking and to raise capacity of the MoI officers, a consultant will be contracted under SSA modality to assist in development of a practical guidebook on combating illicit drug trafficking, particularly, on contemporary measures and methods in combating illicit drug trafficking.
