Background | ||
To support the Service for Countering Illicit Narco-Trafficking of the MoI (the SCINT MoI) and their efforts in combating illicit drug trafficking and to raise capacity of the MoI officers, a consultant will be contracted under SSA modality to develop a practical guidebook on contemporary measures and methods in combating illicit drug trafficking and legislation of criminal proceeds derived from drug trafficking. Consultant will be tasked to develop and adapt a guidebook as well as to make final editing and review of it. Based on the guidebook topic, the consultant will also develop and conduct a training programme for the experts and SCINT MoI officers. Within the guidebook, a consultant will provide all the necessary measures, information and methods on investigating and combating illicit drug trafficking and countering legalization of criminal proceeds. | ||

Remuneration Package | ||
Remuneration will depend on the selected consultant’s qualifications and experience and be in accordance with OSCE established rates. | ||
