This position is open for secondment only and participating States are kindly reminded that all costs in relation to assignment at the Secretariat must be borne by their authorities.

Candidates should, prior to applying, verify with their respective nominating authority to which extent financial remuneration and/or benefit packages will be offered. Seconded staff members in the OSCE Secretariat and Institutions are not entitled to a Board and Lodging Allowance payable by the Organization.

National consultant to provide expert assistance to Tajik authorities in finalization of national guiding documents in fields of export control

In the period of 2017-2019, OSCE has been supporting the designated Tajik authorities in updating national normative framework in the field of export control. The assistance was based on the Organization’s partnership with the Tajik Government in relation to the implementation of UN Resolution 1540, being duly coordinated with OSCE’s CPC, POiD and the US Export Control and Related Border Security (ExBS) Programme.
