This is the fixed-term post financed from the Extra Budgetary “Support Good Governance in Local Communities as Part of the Decentralization Reform” Project. The initial contract is until 30 April 2019. The post extension is subject to availability of funds.

| The Communication and Media Relations Section (COMMS) supports and advises the Secretary General and the OSCE Chairmanship on their media and public relations activities and informs the public about the work of the OSCE through print and online media and public outreach activities. COMMS also serves as the focal point for public statements from OSCE Institutions and Field Operations. |
