International Expert on Performance Management for the Parliament

For the Parliament of Montenegro to be more effective and efficient, constant support and service from the administration is needed. In 2018, the OSCE Mission to Montenegro, in co-operation with the Human Resources Department of the Parliament of Montenegro, engaged an expert to further raise knowledge on the topic of performance management and advise the Parliament of Montenegro on possible steps.

National Community Safety Officer (NP1) within the Security Co-operation Department

A vacancy has arisen at the OSCE Presence in Albania for a National Community Safety Officer (NP1) within the Security Co-operation Department.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Under the general guidance of the Head of the Security Co-operation Department and management of the Security Sector Development Officer the incumbent is responsible for the implementation, promotion and realisation of the Presence Community Safety Policies and supporting regarding Countering Violent Extremism (CVE).

In this regard, the OSCE Mission to Montenegro will focus on improving both the legislative and oversight function of the committees of the Parliament of Montenegro, including both Members of the Parliament and service staff.
