Background information:
Within the framework of the Project “Assistance in election commissioners training and voter awareness raising” implemented by the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine (OSCE PCU) in partnership with the Central Election Commission of Ukraine (the CEC), the OSCE PCU plans to assist the CEC in preparations for training of election commissioners at the upcoming 2019 Presidential Elections.

A vacancy has arisen in the OSCE Presence in Albania for a Project Assistant (G4), in the Rule of Law and Human Rights Department, within the ExB Project “Preventing and Countering Violent Extremism and Radicalization that Lead to Terrorism in prisons and within probation services (Phase I)”.
