Background information:
Within the framework of the Project “Assistance in election commissioners training and voter awareness raising” implemented by the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine (OSCE PCU) in partnership with the Central Election Commission of Ukraine (the CEC), the OSCE PCU plans to assist the CEC in preparations for training of election commissioners at the upcoming 2019 Presidential Elections.
In particular, the OSCE PCU will develop an online training programme for election commissioners. It is planned that the training materials will be available through the Online Training System for Election Commissioners vyborkom.org (the System). Therefore, the OSCE PCU is currently seeking an experienced Online Training Video Expert to produce video content for the System.
Please note that this is a consultancy assignment of approximately 80 working days. The Online Training Video Expert will have to arrange an appropriate studio and all necessary equipment to be used for professional video recording under this assignment. The studio shall be located not farther than 5 km from Kyiv city centre.
