The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine is looking for highly qualified, motivated and experienced Ukrainian professional for the position of Receptionist with its main office in Kyiv.

Background:
This is a fixed-term post with the six months’ probation period financed from the Extra Budgetary Project (ExB). The Project duration is until 30 August 2020 with the possibility of extension.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Under the direct supervision of the National Finance Officer, the incumbent performs the following tasks:
The incumbent is based in Head Office, within the Democratic Governance Section of the Human Dimension Department. Under the overall supervision of the National Chief of Democratic Governance, she/he will be responsible for providing legal guidance in all areas of the Democratic Governance portfolio, in particular local self-government. This includes participation in relevant government bodies aiming at fostering reform of local self-government and strengthening of good governance.
