This vacancy is open for the applicants with the citizenship of an OSCE participating State, excluding the Republic of Serbia. On 1 March 2018, an Anti-Corruption Department was established in the Republic of Serbia within the Ministry of Interior’s Criminal Investigations Directorate. This was foreseen by the Law on Organization and Jurisdiction of State Authorities in Suppressing Organized Crime, Terrorism and Corruption. The OSCE Mission to Serbia is looking for two international experts to deliver interactive money laundering investigative techniques training to police officers from the Anti-Corruption Department and to prosecutors. |

Tasks and Responsibilities | ||
Under the supervision of National Programme Officer, the two experts will co-design and co-deliver a series of three-day advanced specialized Interactive Money Laundering Investigative Techniques Training courses to police investigators and prosecutors from anti-corruption departments. They are expected to train up to 25 participants (23 police officers and 2 prosecutors) per training course. Therefore, it is foreseen to have 7 groups and train up to 150 participants in total. Remuneration Package | ||
Each expert will be employed on a Special Service Agreement covering a total period of 3 months, starting approx. from 2 September 2019, and will be paid a total amount not exceeding 9,800 EUR, commensurate to individual qualifications and experience. In addition, the OSCE Mission to Serbia will cover travel and accommodation costs associated with this consultancy. |
