The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine is looking for a highly qualified, motivated and experienced Ukrainian professional for the position of National Gender Officer at its Head Office in Kyiv. The OSCE is committed to achieving a better balance of women and men within the Organization.

 

National Political Officer

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Under the direct supervision of the Head of the Office of Political Affairs and Communications (OPAC), the incumbent will be performing the following:

1. Drafting reports to the OSCE Secretariat, including daily, weekly, background and spot reports, and to OSCE international partners, including to UNMIK, EU Office in Kosovo and others;

Under the direct supervision of the Senior Democratization Officer and the overall supervision of the Regional Centre (RC) Director, the incumbent will provide programmatic assistance, translation/interpretation, and secretarial services to the implementation of the Field Support Section tasks. The incumbent will perform his/her tasks in one of the five RCs:

Please note that this is a consultancy assignment of a temporary nature. Successful candidates will be placed on the OSCE Language Services Roster of Interpreters after having passed the accreditation examination. The OSCE employs interpreters on a consultant/freelance basis only and does not offer a fixed term post.

International Experts in the anti-corruption area

The Governance in Economic and Environmental Issues Department at the OSCE Presence in Albania is expanding the ROSTER for international and local experts specializing in the anti-corruption area. In this regard the department is looking for senior professionals with specific expertise in 1) Gender and Corruption, 2)  Public Procurement; 3) Anti-Corruption Communication and Awareness Campaigns; 4) Anti-Corruption Legal and Policy Framework; 5) Anti-Corruption Research Studies.
