Background information
The OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine currently implements the “Enhancing Ukraine’s Chemical Emergency Response Capacity” Project aimed at strengthening capacity of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SESU) to train personnel, dealing with chemical emergency response, to assess hazards from chemical incidents and to co-ordinate emergency response with other national stakeholders.

Roster Call for Procurement Clerk
Background:
Temporary vacancies for a Procurement Clerk G4, arise often in the OSCE Presence in Albania (“the Presence”), with the need to fill in the post as early as operational needs require. The Presence is refreshing and replenishing the roster for Procurement Clerk, G4 in order to create a pool of tested (in writing and orally) candidates to deploy as fast as necessary. Once a temporary vacancy arises, candidates matching the profile needed will be contacted. It will be upon discretion of the hiring manager to hold another short interview to test specific skills.
