With the goal of strengthening two of Albania’s premier media-related public institutions, broadcaster RTSH and the University of Tirana’s Journalism Department, Media in Focus is a 30-month project being implemented by the OSCE Presence in Albania with funding support from the European Union. The European Broadcasting Union (EBU) is also providing valuable expertise on professional training for journalists as well as mentoring and coaching them specifically on investigative reporting.

Within the framework of its mandate and in accordance with the objectives of the Human Security Programme, the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine supports national law enforcement bodies in strengthening the capacity of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the National Police of Ukraine to respond effectively to cases of human trafficking and cybercrime, drawing on national and international best practices.

The OSCE Mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina continues to play a vital role in strengthening the country’s ability to foster a sustainable and stable security environment, to strengthen Bosnia and Herzegovina’s governance, and to encourage its consolidation as a democratic society. The Mission supports political and education reform and works to promote and protect human rights of all citizens of BiH.
