Background:
The Presence will continue its work to support the implementation of Albania’s Inter-Institutional Action Plan on UNSCR 1325 (National Action Plan - NAP). The adoption of the National Action Plan in 2018 by Albania came as a result a multi-year work of all state bodies involved, civil society organizations and international partners working on gender in the security sector with a continuous assistance from the Presence.
