Background
This post is financed from the Unified Budget. The initial contract duration is until 31 December 2021 with the six months’ probation period.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Under the direct supervision of the National Programme Manager, the Senior Project Assistant is expected to perform the following duties:
• Provide substantial input into drafting project proposals;
• Prepare draft project budgets;
Background The OSCE Mission in Kosovo designs and facilitates briefing sessions, workshops, training programs and presentations for our interlocutors and for internal needs. Thus, we would like to strengthen our internal capacities and further develop public speaking, facilitation and presentation skills of those Mission members involved in such presentation/training activities. Hence, the OSCE Mission in Kosovo is looking to hire an international consultant, who can train Mission’s members in Public Speaking/ Effective Presentation Skills.
Background
Within its mandate of monitoring and supporting the implementation of the Special protective zones (SPZ) legislation, the Mission has continuously advised Prizren municipality to effectively meet the requirements of the Law on Historic Centre of Prizren (the Law), including the establishment and functionalization of the implementation mechanisms. Following the Mission’s advocacy, on 30 May 2019 the Municipal Assembly (MA) approved the decision to establish the Office of Historic Centre of Prizren (OHCP), as required by the Law.
