The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine is looking for highly qualified, motivated and experienced Ukrainian professional for the position of National Environmental Officer with its Head Office in Kyiv. Following the approval of a new export control law in 2014, and based on requirements of UN Resolution 1540, the Republic of Tajikistan sought for international assistance in developing sub-laws to the newly adopted law. Development of national control lists of dual use-goods, identification of responsible national entity for export control issues in Tajikistan were the first steps in the process.

In the period of 2017-2019, OSCE has been supporting the designated Tajik authorities in updating national normative framework in the field of export control. The assistance was based on the Organization’s partnership with the Tajik Government in relation to the implementation of UN Resolution 1540, being duly coordinated with OSCE’s CPC, POiD and the US Export Control and Related Border Security (ExBS) Programme.
