The Governance Section’s 2019 project “Cultivating a Human-Centred Approach to Developing Networks of Governance Effectiveness (CHANGE)” aims to assist public institutions in performing their functions individually and also working well together as an integrated system of good governance. One of the key objectives of the project is to develop the government capacity to engage the public in a more systemic, open, and self-sustaining manner.

National Legal Officer, Anti-Corruption

The incumbent will be responsible for providing legal guidance in all areas of the Democratic Governance portfolio, in particular, anti-corruption reform and public administration. This includes participation in relevant government bodies aiming at fostering anti-corruption system and public administration reform. S/he also provides legal guidance regarding general legislative matters connected to the Section’s anti-corruption programme portfolio and the overall strategy of the Department in the field of Democratic Governance.
