Background | ||
This vacancy is open for the applicants with the citizenship of an OSCE participating State. The OSCE Mission to Serbia is looking for an international expert to deliver a course on Speech Writing Skills in English for mission members. The needs assessment conducted by the Mission identified the need for mission members to develop speech writing skills, including identifying key messages in an inspirational manner and understanding what is important for the target audience. The course will be organized for mission members who are engaged in preparing speeches and talking points for senior management. The main objective of the course is to develop a better awareness for the planning and drafting process of speech writing, as well as to build on the existing writing skills and how to keep the speech interesting. |

Tasks and Responsibilities | ||
Under the supervision and in consultation with the National Human Resources Officer, the expert will be responsible for:
The training course will be delivered on the Mission’s premises in Belgrade in January 2020. |

Remuneration Package | ||
The expert will be employed on a Special Service Agreement covering a total period of 4 days, to include preparation and delivery of training, and will be paid a total amount not exceeding 1,200 EUR, commensurate to individual qualifications and experience. In addition, the OSCE Mission to Serbia will cover travel and accommodation costs associated with this consultancy. |
