This vacancy is open both for citizens of the Republic of Serbia and for candidates with another nationality. The restrictions that have disrupted many of the usual living and working routines due to the global Covid-19 pandemic have also brought about increased levels of stress and anxiety among working people, as well as heavily disturbed work-life balance. Consequences of the disruption on people’s mental health, resilience and the ability to manage stress are bound to be long lasting. Therefore, the OSCE Mission to Serbia is looking for a Mental Health Consultant, to support personnel in re-establishing their wellbeing, resilience and ability to manage stress, both in the course of the pandemic and in its immediate aftermath. |

Remuneration Package | ||
The consultant(s) will be employed on a Special Service Agreement for the duration of 2021, subject to satisfactory performance, and will be paid for the actual services provided, commensurate to individual qualifications and experience. The proposed fees are as follows:
