Background | ||
This internship opportunity is open only for persons with the citizenship of or permanent residence in the Republic of Serbia. The Fund Administration Unit (FAU) of the OSCE Mission to Serbia is looking for a local intern for its Human Resources Section. The successful candidate will undertake an unpaid internship for a period of up to six months, subject to the satisfactory performance by the incumbent. The OSCE is not in a position to pay any remuneration during the period of internship nor to reimburse travel expenses to or from the place of assignment. |

Tasks and Responsibilities | ||
The selected intern will have an opportunity to gain an overview of the OSCE Mission to Serbia, specifically its Administration Unit, and to learn about some of the best practices in human resource management, in particular pertaining to HR administration, learning and development, and HR records management. Specifically, under the supervision of the National Human Resources Officer, the intern will:

Remuneration Package | ||
The intern will undertake an internship in the duration of 3 months, with a possibility of an extension of up to 3 months. The envisaged commencement date will be in March or April 2020. The OSCE is not in a position to pay any remuneration or cover any expenses incurred by the intern during his/her internship undertaking nor reimburse any travel expenses. However, some compensation towards the cost of living may be offered to an intern who does not have registered permanent residence in Belgrade as the place of assignment. The selected interns must provide evidence of health insurance coverage which is valid for Serbia, otherwise they shall be obliged to join the OSCE group health insurance for the period of their internship, in which case they shall pay the corresponding premium in full (EUR 34.12/month). The OSCE shall bear the premium costs of group life and accident/disability insurance. |
