Vacancy
Background | ||
Following a project established in 2010, and in response to the interest manifested by Partners for Co-operation and participating States, the OSCE Secretariat launched a programme of sponsored placement of young diplomats from the Asian and Mediterranean Partners for Co-operation for a period of four months in OSCE executive structures, in order to enhance the partnership with the Asian and Mediterranean Partners for Co-operation through a network of contacts and an increased level of Partner participation in OSCE activities. Within this framework, a number of placements were offered in 2015 and 2016. As a result of the success of the initial project, the positive feedback from both the Partners for Co-operation and those applicants who benefitted from the Programme, and following renewed interest on the part of some delegations, the OSCE Secretariat would be pleased to consider candidates for additional four-month placements to start in the latter part of 2017, subject to the receipt of the necessary funding. This project is placed under the umbrella of the Partnership Fund. |
