This vacancy is open only for the applicants with the citizenship of or permanent residence in the Republic of Serbia. The 2017 UN Human Rights Council Resolution 35/14 on youth and human rights urges the Member States to consider addressing issues pertaining to the full and equal enjoyment of all human rights for youth, and to share the best practices that they have developed in dealing with the realization of human rights for young people. To this end, the OSCE Mission to Serbia intends to support the development of an inclusive methodology for monitoring youth rights. The report is to offer insight into theory and practice of human rights of youth in Serbia, through research process and analysis of collected data. The Mission is therefore seeking an expert to develop the inclusive methodology and guidelines. Since the methodology is intended to help increase the quality of youth rights reports, it will be available to the public and promoted in the civil society sector as open resource for everyone. Remuneration Package | ||
The consultant will be employed on a Special Service Agreement covering a total period of 3 months, starting approx. from 15 April 2019, and will be paid a total amount not exceeding 2,000 EUR, commensurate to individual qualifications and experience. In addition, travel expenses within the Republic of Serbia, if any, will be reimbursed by the OSCE Mission to Serbia. |
