Vacancy
Background | ||
This vacancy is open only for the applicants with the citizenship of or permanent residence in the Republic of Serbia. The OSCE Mission to Serbia’s is supporting the Republic of Serbia’s Agency for Prevention of Corruption (“the Agency”) in developing mechanisms for the analysis of the effects of the Law on Prevention of Corruption. Namely, the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia adopted the Law on Prevention of Corruption in May 2019 and foresaw its implementation as of 1 September 2020. As this is a new piece of legislation with high expectations about its application and impact, there is a pressing need for analysis of the effects it will have brought in a certain period. Moreover, analysing the implementation of the Law on Prevention of Corruption (the Law) implementation effects is also foreseen in the Action Plan for the implementation of Chapter 23 (measure 2.2.1.2). To undertake this task, the Agency needs a methodology for conducting the analysis of the implementation effects of the Law on Prevention of Corruption. For the purpose of developing the methodology in close consultations with the Agency, the Mission requires the services of one national consultant to draft a methodology on carrying out the analysis of the implementation effects of the Law on Prevention of Corruption. All applicants are required to submit with their application form, an outline of the Methodology for conducting the analysis of the implementation effects of the Law on Prevention of Corruption. |
