Background | ||
The OSCE Mission to Serbia is supporting the reform of the Republic of Serbia’s existing one-tier administrative judiciary into a two-tier system as part of the wider judicial reform process. To that effect, the Mission supports the exchange of best EU practices related to the administrative judiciary. As part of this process, it will organize one training seminar for administrative court judges and their assistants. The training will focus on the organization and competences of the administrative judiciary in a European country. This training is expected to take place in late November 2018, in Belgrade, with the engagement of an international expert. Candidates are invited to present in the cover letter their choice of the country and an outline of the 1-day training they propose to deliver. |
