Governments worldwide have been outsourcing non-core government functions to the non-government sector as means of increasing the efficiency of the public sector. OSCE Programme Office in Bishkek (POiB) will assist the Prime Minister’s Office of the Kyrgyz Republic by recruiting an international consultant to conduct analysis of international best practice in outsourcing government functions to the non- government sector. |

The vacancy is open only for persons with citizenship of the Republic of Serbia.
The successful candidate will receive a one-year Fixed-term Letter of Appointment, which will be subject to satisfactory completion of a 6-month probationary period, and which will be renewable annually, subject to satisfactory performance and continuing need for the post. The incumbent will work in the Fund Administration Unit.
