Background
This call for applications is open for persons with citizenship of the Republic of Serbia.
The Mission to Serbia is assisting in mapping the online media landscape in Serbia by facilitating research to establish the exact number of online media, identify the ownership, sources of their funding, dynamics of news updates and interaction with the audience. The research will result in a database, which will be kept by the Association of Online Media (AOM) and will be used in the future for further mapping of new online media.
Therefore, the Mission requires the services of two experienced experts in the field of web development to create software solutions that will allow for creation, maintaining and user-friendly research of the database containing relevant data on online media in Serbia.
Tasks and Responsibilities
The two Web Developers will work together and will perform the following tasks in the period from 19 February 2018 to 31 March 2018:
By the end of the consultancy the web developers will have developed a database on online media in Serbia and populated it with the information on at least 100 media outlets in Serbia.
Necessary Qualifications

Remuneration Package
Each Web Developer will be remunerated in the amount of app. 2,500 EUR (correction) upon completion of all tasks.
