The Department of Human Resources (DHR) ensures that the OSCE has the human resources capacity necessary to successfully implement its mandates. DHR sets the policies and provides services in the areas of job design, recruitment, administration of benefits and entitlements, payroll, performance management and learning and development across the Organization.
The Talent Management Section, one of two sections in DHR, comprises units dealing with Job Design and Classification, Recruitment and Learning and Development. The Section is led by the Deputy Director/Head, Talent Management and works together to attract, manage, develop and retain the highest quality staff throughout the OSCE.
The Talent Management Officer works closely with the Head, Talent Management, the units within the section and other units within the Department of Human Resources and the Secretariat. She/he ensures effective general coordination within the section, is the focal point for specific activities such as employer branding and staff engagement surveys and contributes directly to the work of the learning and development and recruitment units. She/he retains a primary focus on diversity considerations and promotes them in the work of the section. |
