The office of the OSCE High Commissioner on National Minorities (HCNM) was established in 1992 to identify and seek early resolution of ethnic tensions that might endanger peace, stability or friendly relations between OSCE participating States. The Personal Assistant to the High Commissioner supports the High Commissioner. |

Tasks and Responsibilities |

Under the supervision of the Personal Adviser to High Commissioner, the incumbent provides analytical support and personal assistant functions for the High Commissioner and the Personal Adviser to the High Commissioner. Duties include:

Remuneration Package |
||
|
Monthly remuneration is approximately EUR 2800 (12 times per year). OSCE salaries are exempt from taxation in The Netherlands. Social benefits will include the possibility of participation in the Cigna medical insurance scheme and the OSCE Provident Fund. |
