Background    
     
   

Currently the project consists of 4 staff members and given the increasing workload and many activities planned in the near future, it is currently looking for a Short Term Training Assistant for a period of 3 months. The incumbent will deal with ongoing issues and organizing the work on the training site during the whole period of trainings.

     
Tasks and Responsibilities    
     
   

The incumbent will work under the guidance of National Project Officer. The work will include the following tasks:

a) Maintain classroom equipped and supplied b) Timely orders the stationary supply c) Communicate of the training site issues to the Project assistant d) Communicate menu/work of catering e) Other tasks during the courses of the training Sessions including the recess periods

Necessary Qualifications:

Secondary education; certificate in business/public administration would be an asset; Good oral and written communication skills in English, Russian and Turkmen languages; Computer skills with practical experience in Microsoft packages; Minimum two years of relevant experience, preferably with an international organisation; Good organizational skills; Ability to work with people of different nationalities, religions and cultural backgrounds. Warehouse maintenance; For this post it is required to provide valid travel documents or ID in order to have access to a training facility located at a border zone area.

Remuneration Package    
     
    Numeration package/Salary: The assignment is requested to start on 1 October 2017 for the duration of 3 months. Training assistant will be entitled for G4 (837.25 EURO / per month for the duration of the contract). Appointment is made at step 1 of the applicable OSCE salary scale.
