The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine is looking for highly qualified, motivated and experienced Ukrainian professionals for the position of Security Assistant in the Luhansk region. The OSCE is committed to achieving a better balance of women and men within the Organization. NOTE: Initial duration of appointment/assignment for this post is until 31 March 2018, subject to a subsequent OSCE Permanent Council Decision to extend the mandate of the Mission. Confirmation of post grade is pending completion of classification review. Tasks and Responsibilities | ||
Under the direct supervision of the Security Officer, the Security Assistant is responsible for the following tasks:
Assignments are subject to successfully meeting the medical standards set out by the OSCE. Medical documentation will be requested for all candidates who successfully pass through the final interview stage and documentation will be further assessed by OSCE/SMM Medical Officers. |

Remuneration Package | ||
Monthly remuneration, subject to social security deductions is 988.00 Euro/month. Social benefits will include participation in the Cigna health insurance scheme and provident fund. Appointments are normally made at step 1 of the applicable OSCE salary scale. At the discretion of the appointing authority a higher step may be approved up to a maximum of step 3 subject to specific conditions. |
