The Office of the OSCE High Commissioner on National Minorities (HCNM) was established in 1992 to identify and seek early resolution of ethnic tensions that might endanger peace, stability or friendly relations between OSCE participating States. The Personal Assistant to the High Commissioner supports the High Commissioner.
|Tasks and Responsibilities|
Under the supervision of the High Commissioner on National Minorities and in close co-operation with the Personal Advisor to the High Commissioner, the incumbent performs personal assistant functions for the High Commissioner and the Personal Adviser to the High Commissioner.
