The Department of Human Resources (DHR) ensures that the OSCE has the human resources capacity necessary to successfully implement its mandates. DHR sets the policies and provides services in the areas of recruitment, administration of benefits and entitlements, payroll, performance management, training and ethics across the Organization.
The Recruitment Unit, as part of the Talent Management Section of the Department of Human Resources, comprises ten staff members and is primarily responsible for the recruitment and selection of international contracted and seconded staff for the Secretariat and field operations and of general services staff, young professionals, temporary staff and consultants at the Secretariat.

Tasks and Responsibilities |

|
The objective of the post is to deliver client-oriented, timely and accurate support to ensure the flawless administration of recruitment and selection procedures.
Under the general supervision of the Chief, Recruitment Unit and the direct supervision of the Recruitment Officer, the incumbent will be assigned to one of two teams within the Recruitment Unit and will perform the administrative steps in support of the recruitment of people working on various contractual arrangements.

Remuneration Package |
|
|
|

|
|
Monthly remuneration, subject to social security deduction, is EUR 2,741 (12 times a year). OSCE salaries are exempt from taxation in Austria. Social benefits will include possibility of participation in the Cigna medical insurance scheme and the OSCE Provident Fund.
Appointments are made at step 1 of the applicable OSCE salary scale. |
