Background:
This post is financed from the Unified Budget within Administrative Law and Legal Education Unit.
Tasks:
• Research in libraries and in web resources on information/data requested by the supervisor;
• Preparation of draft contracts with experts and implementing partners, collection of the necessary documents;
• Entering Purchase Requisitions (PRs) into the computer aided administration system IRMA;
• Organization of all logistics for the seminars and other project events;
• Preparation and distribution of the materials as well as the participation in the organized meetings;
• Correspondence control and distribution;
• Files, records and contract lists maintenance;
• Translation of the documents;
• Responsibility for supplies and stationery for the unit;
• Performance of other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Secondary education supplemented by the special language and office management courses;
• Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience in administrative work, project management, preferably in an international set up;
• Computer literate with practical experience in Microsoft packages, knowledge of computer systems used in OSCE (ORACLE, IRMA) would be an advantage;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Ukrainian languages.
