The Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) is the principal institution of the OSCE responsible for the human dimension. ODIHR is active throughout the OSCE area in the fields of election observation, democratic development, human rights, tolerance and non-discrimination, and the rule of law. ODIHR’s assistance projects and other activities are implemented in participating States in accordance with ODIHR’s mandate. The Office requires the services of a Short Term Procurement Clerk on the full-time basis for the period of 6 months, with a possibility of extension for another 6 months. |

Tasks and Responsibilities: | ![]() |

The Procurement Clerk will, under the supervision of the Procurement Officer, support the staff of the Common Services/Procurement Unit in registering suppliers, filing procurement related documentation, performing repetitive administrative duties and tasks. Remuneration Package: | ![]() |
|
Monthly remuneration, subject to social security deductions, is approximately 5,100 PLN. OSCE salaries are exempt from taxation in Poland. Social security will include participation in the Cigna International medical insurance scheme (current approximate deduction for a staff member is 44 Euro). |
