Tasks and Responsibilities | ||
Under direct supervision of the Recruitment Officer and overall guidance of Head, Human Resources and DHR in the Secretariat, the National Recruitment Officer ensures effective delivery of a transparent competitive selection and recruitment process. The incumbent interprets and applies OSCE Staff Rules and Regulations, Staff Instructions and HR policies and practices applicable to identification, selection and appointment of candidates, designs and implements internal procedures or interview questionnaires and tests and also provides prospective candidates with guidance on employment terms and conditions.
Manages transparent and competitive process of recruitment, selection and placement of staff, focusing on the achievement of the following results:
Interprets OSCE Staff Rules and Regulations, Staff Instructions and HR policies and practices, designs and implements internal procedures; provides prospective candidates with guidance on the employment terms and conditions and mission members on selection and recruitment.
Analyze recruitment data and provide recommendations for appropriate actions and remedies for improvement of the processes:

Remuneration Package | ||
Monthly remuneration, subject to social security deductions is 1691.00 Euro/month. Social benefits will include participation in the Cigna health insurance scheme and the OSCE Provident Fund. Appointments are normally made at step 1 of the applicable OSCE salary scale. At the discretion of the appointing authority a higher step may be approved up to a maximum of step 3 subject to specific conditions. | ||
