Human Security Programme
Background
The post is financed from the Extra Budgetary “Strengthening Ukrainian State Authorities’ Cyber Hygiene and Cybersecurity Capacity” project. Subject to satisfactory completion of the probationary period and availability of funding, the contract is until 31 December 2022.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Manage ExB project “Strengthening Ukrainian State Authorities’ Cyber Hygiene and Cybersecurity Capacity” through all steps of the project cycle, in accordance with the OSCE performance-based programming and budgeting and project management standards. The cycle consists of

Manage ExB project “Strengthening Ukrainian State Authorities’ Cyber Hygiene and Cybersecurity Capacity” through all steps of the project cycle, in accordance with the OSCE performance-based programming and budgeting and project management standards. The cycle consists of
• Identification of projects needs
• Development and adjustment, including preparing and adjusting project proposals and budgets
• Implementation, including monitoring
• Evaluation (which then informs future project identification)
2. Supervise and directly conduct activities
• Assist in selection and oversight of consultants, implementing partners and vendors
• Directly manage activities, which can include working groups, seminars, trainings, study tours, publications and others
3. Establish and maintain good relations with partners
• As coordination is essential to the effectiveness of the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine, the Project Officer shall ensure coordination of planning and conduct of projects with key partners inside and outside the OSCE
• The Project Officer is also expected to maintain regular contact with project donor(s) and to assist with fundraising as needed
4. Perform other duties as assigned
Necessary Qualifications
Remuneration Package
Monthly remuneration subject to social security deductions is EUR 1786. Social benefits will include participation in the Cigna medical insurance scheme and the OSCE Provident Fund.
