Background:
This is the fixed-term post financed from the Extra Budgetary Support to National Dialogue for Reforms, Justice and Development Project (ExB) under Democratization and Good Governance Programme. The extension of the post is subject to the availability of funds.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
The incumbent works under the direct supervision of the Senior Project Officer and helps to facilitate effective dialogue between the government and different parts of Ukrainian society on reforms agenda, thus contributing to a peaceful, sustainable and inclusive reforms process. The incumbent should perform the following tasks:
Manage projects
Manage projects through all steps of the project cycle, in accordance with OSCE performance-based programming and budgeting and project management standards. The cycle consists of:
Supervise and directly conduct activities
Establish and maintain good relations with partners
Other duties as assigned

Social benefits will include participation in the Cigna medical insurance scheme and the OSCE Provident Fund. Other allowances and benefits are similar to those offered under the United Nations Common System.
