Tasks and Responsibilities | ||
Under the direct supervision of the Chief of the Police Development and Monitoring Section (PDMS), the incumbent will work at designated location within Kosovo. Through regular meeting with counterparts in the Kosovo Police (KP) and as appropriate other stakeholders she/he will monitor human rights compliance by the Kosovo Police (KP), gather relevant data to provide feedback on the various stages of implementation of project activities. He/she will draft project documents, compile thematic reports, summarizes evaluation results and submits suggestions for follow-up actions which will improve the delivery of activities. She/he will identify future activities which will contribute to the overall goals of the section and will as appropriate provide detailed suggestions concerning improvements in design, scope and implementation or activities;

Remuneration Package | ||
Monthly remuneration, subject to social security deductions is 1524.17 Euro.Social benefits will include participation in the OSCE Group Insurance Plan (Health, Life, Accidental Disability and Temporary Incapacity Insurance) and the OSCE Provident Fund. Appointments are normally made at step 1 of the applicable OSCE salary scale. At the discretion of the appointing authority a higher step may be approved up to a maximum of step 3 subject to specific conditions. | ||
