Background | ||
Records Management is part of the Fund Administration Unit portfolio responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing the records management framework within OSCE Mission to Skopje. It ensures the capture, distribution, storage and management of authentic and reliable records in accordance with accepted standards and best practices. Its scope of works includes registration and distribution of official correspondence, providing guidance on handling paper and electronic records, facilitating transfers of semi-active and inactive records, overseeing authorized destruction of records, all with a goal for long term preservation of institutional memory. With the aim to strengthen the Records Management capacity, the Unit would like to engage 2 (two) National Interns. The selected Interns will have the opportunity to gain valuable practical archiving experience and get acquainted with the Mission’s activities and its historical records. |

Remuneration Package | ||
Please note that the OSCE is not in a position to pay remuneration or cover travel expenses to Interns. The selected Interns may participate in the group health insurance scheme at his/her own expense, but the OSCE will cover life and accident/disability insurance. If the Interns arrange their own medical coverage, they shall provide evidence of medical coverage for the duty station and for any eventual duty trip destinations. The internship will be on a full-time basis, for a maximum period of 2 (two) months. The internship does not, in any way, constitute a committment to future employment with the OSCE. |
