Tasks and Responsibilities | ||
Under the direct supervision and guidance of Head of ICT, the National ICT Officer Developer will be responsible for SMM-specific data structures, software development and technical applications support of custom software systems. National ICT Officer Developer supervises and participates in the development of SMM applications within the global OSCE Information and Communication Technology framework. When an application is developed outside of ICT Unit (e.g. external developers, other units in SMM), the National ICT Officer Developer is responsible for the technical aspects of contracting, overseeing and receiving the work of supplier. The incumbent coordinates the work with National ICT Officer Projects Support (NP2), ICT Officer Network and Server Support (P1) and ICT Officer DBA (S2) during software development and integration projects. Advises Head of ICT on all operational aspects of software development, ensuring those meet established standards.

Remuneration Package | ||
Monthly remuneration, subject to social security deductions is 3183.66 Euro/month. Social benefits will include participation in the Cigna health insurance scheme and the OSCE Provident Fund. Appointments are normally made at step 1 of the applicable OSCE salary scale. At the discretion of the appointing authority a higher step may be approved up to a maximum of step 3 subject to specific conditions. |
