The OSCE Programme Office in Dushanbe is looking for highly qualified National Experts/consultants to support the Working Group under the State Committee on Investments and State Property Management for the review and development of the draft Tax Code of the Republic of Tajikistan in a new edition. | ||
Tasks and Responsibilities | ||
a) On optimizing the volume/quantity of taxes by using the unification measures, as well as combining taxes that have a similar taxable base, reduction and simplification of tax reporting, minimizing operating expenses; b) Simplification of tax legislation, elimination of contradictions and conflicts in regulatory legal acts in the tax field, strengthen the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of conscientious taxpayer; c) On improvement of information exchange mechanisms between government agencies and organizations, as well as forms and methods of electronic administration of taxes and tax control. Expected Output/Deliverables: The working group has been set up under the State Committee on Investment and State Property Management to review and elaborate the Tax Code of the Republic of Tajikistan in a new edition. Provision of concrete recommendations and report to the Working group of the SCISPM on review of update of the Tax Code of the Republic of Tajikistan.

Remuneration Package | ||
The consultant will be remunerated commensurate with consultant’s experience and qualifications in accordance with OSCE POiD established rates. Applicants should indicate whether they wish to be included in the OSCE POiD Roster of Consultants for similar assignments. | ||
