Background | ||
The Programme Office in Dushanbe (POiD) intends to support the trade facilitation information portal (TFIP), established in 2017 in close collaboration of ITC with the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan (MEDT) and the United Nations Commission on Trade and Development (UNCTAD). The activity will be implemented throughout six months and includes the provision of support to TFIP by the POiD through hiring two local experts who will maintain and expand the existing platform by updating and adding the necessary information as well as by supporting the platform launching event. The consultancy mission will be also focused on development of step-by-step guides to raise traders’ awareness and provide guidelines on the practical steps required to successfully import/export goods. | ||

Under the direct supervision of the POiD Economic Officer, the Local Consultants will closely work with MEDT, ITC and other stakeholders and will be responsible for followings:

Remuneration Package | ||
The consultant will be remunerated commensurate with consultant’s experience and qualifications in accordance with OSCE established rates. Applicants should indicate whether they wish to be included in the OSCE Roster of Consultants for similar assignments. | ||
