The State Unitary Enterprise “Tajinvest” has developed an online Business to Business (B2B) Portal for facilitating business in Tajikistan and attracting investments. The main goal of the Portal is to provide guidelines and information about how to conduct business and investments in Tajikistan and to give a platform for interaction of business stakeholders at all levels. In the framework of its Economic Affairs portfolio, the OSCE Programme Office in Dushanbe will be supporting the State Unitary Enterprise (SEU) “TajInvset” under the State Committee on Investment and State Property Management to further develop and maintain the Business to Business Portal (B2B). It is vital for the project sustainability to provide up-to-date and comprehensive information about all aspects of business activities in Tajikistan, render assistance to all stakeholders and to find as many as possible subscribers to the portal in a very short period of time. For that purpose, the OSCE Programme Office in Dushanbe is looking a highly qualified expert for the content development of the Business to Business portal. EXPECTED OUTPUT AND PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
REPORTS AND TIME SCHEDULE: Expert will submit a final report, comprising of detailing activities undertaken and outlining progress achieved in relation to the objectives of assignment, also stating challenges and constraints.

Remuneration Package | ||
The consultant will be remunerated commensurate with consultant’s experience and qualifications in accordance with OSCE established rates. Applicants should indicate whether they wish to be included in the OSCE Roster of Consultants for similar assignments. | ||
