Background | ||
Development of the Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) is one the priorities of the Republic of Tajikistan in increasing the economic growth which is also a vital goal in the National Development Strategy 2030 of the Republic of Tajikistan. In 2018, upon Decree of the President of Tajikistan, the State Institution “Business Incubator” (BI) was established under the State Committee on Investment and Property Management responsible for development and support of private sector. The BI has also its regional office in the regions of Tajikistan to ensure balanced support throughout whole country and inclusive economic participation. In this regard, the OSCE will support the BI in improving its capacities to improve the business process and enhancing co-operation with other relevant stakeholders. Objective Enhancing the attractiveness of the SI “BI” events in Dushanbe and regions in terms of content development and improving co-operation of the SI “BI” with all relevant entrepreneurship-related stakeholders in Tajikistan. |

Remuneration Package | ||
The consultant will be remunerated commensurate with consultant¡¦s experience and qualifications in accordance with OSCE established rates.
