Background information:
The OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine (OSCE PCU) is implementing ExB Project “Dialogue for Reform and Social Cohesion in Ukraine” at the request from the Ministry of Temporarily Occupied Territories and IDPs. The objective is to support dialogue efforts between regional stakeholders and the central government. One of the Project tasks is to adapt basic dialogue trainings and an on-line course for the needs of specific target groups (government officials, community leaders, dialogue practitioners). Therefore, the OSCE PCU intends to produce interactive awareness-raising materials on application of dialogue tools, responsive to the needs of target groups, by involving a motion.
Please note that this is a consultancy assignment of approximately 30 working days; the consultant will be required to work from home.

The consultant will work under the supervision of the National Project Officer, designated by the OSCE PCU, and should fulfil the following tasks:
