The OSCE Mission to Montenegro has a long-term dedication to the promotion of gender equality principles. In order to further build on the achieved results and to ensure future sustainability in the area of gender mainstreaming, the Mission will continue to work in partnership with the Ministry for Human and Minority Rights and its Department for Gender Equality, with the aim of supporting the National Strategy for Gender Equality and the implementation of its Action Plan for Achieving Gender Equality in Montenegro 2017-2021. Supporting the work of designated municipal gender equality focal points (GFPs) is an important part of promoting gender equality and the empowerment of women at the local level. The training programme will include two Modules to be followed by two-day practical presentations (7 working days in total).
The Democratization Programme therefore invites applications from highly qualified, energetic and experienced National professional for the temporary consultancy post of Local Expert/Trainer of Trainers on Training Skills to develop and implement a training program so that the participants of the ToT on Gender Equality should be able to conduct training and awareness-raising events within their respective municipalities.
