Background | ||
The Governance Section’s 2018 project “Building Greater Accountability for Governance Effectiveness (ENGAGE)” aims inter alia at fostering the relationship between government and citizens through activities specifically designed to support the government in promoting a systematic and open communication with citizens. Namely as part of the project, the Governance Section will support the Office of the Prime Minister to develop digital communication platforms for all communication offices in the government and enhance the professional capacities of officials that will implement these platforms. To achieve this Governance Section will require a local Expert in designing the communication platforms and delivering tailor-made capacity development and training programmes in the area of digital communication. Objective The local expert will review the current legal framework regulating the digital communication, develop the digital communication concept, prepare social media toolkit and deliver trainings on the developed platforms to the selective officials form communication offices in 21 ministries - the target group of this expertise requirement. |

Remuneration Package | ||
Remuneration will depend on the qualifications and experience of individual experts as well as the detailed work plan to be agreed upon and will be based on the current OSCE consultancy rates. | ||
